I know I haven't posted anything original in several days. My brain is tired. My blogging mojo is waning. I have stories to tell, but little desire to do the telling. In the interim, here are some things I like lately.
- BBQ Chicken: Thanks to the friend who suggested this to me for dinner. Chicken in a dish, covered with sauce, baked in the oven. Delicious and unspeakably easy.
- Dove milk chocolate bars. One little square is divine.
- My Soul Sings, DVD/CD from Delirious, performing live in Bogota. Possibly the best band ever, or darn close.
- Outlander, by Diana Gabaldon. I just read it for the second time. The woman can write a love story, for sure. I read that a movie might eventually happen. It is doomed to disappoint.
- Rangers baseball on TV. Okay, I didn't like the last three games, but I am still happy that baseball season has arrived.
- Sunshine. The potential for cute spring/summer clothes is in the air. None too soon, in my book.
- The fact that I miss running and look forward to moving again tomorrow. I like feeling good and taking care of myself. Imagine that.
What do you like these days?

Oh I love me some "Outlander" . . .and some bbq chicken!
Haven't read Outlander -- will have to do that.
I would have "lazy days" on my things I like list. I need one!
I don't even have any stories to tell! Don't let that blog guilt get ya. Just post if you feel like it. :) (I haven't forgotten about the other thing, btw.)
That is SO crazy that you mentioned BBQ chicken because I hadn't made that in FOREVER until I thought of it last week and I made it exactly how you said. So funny!
I'm newly vegetarian again but now craving BBQ chicken!
Steph
Mmm, the same thing can be done with ribs BTW. Even better if you put them in the slow cooker, melt in your mouth goodness!
It's a lifestyle change, and you ahve done it! Congratulations :) Have you been on a break since the half?
I like eating...all the time...and painting my toenails.
I like the moving too. Feels good.
I'm big on sleep. And days when I produce great chapters in my book. Those are sort of few and far between though.
